2025 Open/Switch Enrollment

  的 NMPSIA Open/Switch Enrollment period for enrolling or making changes

 OPENS on October 1, 2024, and CLOSES on 2024年11月1日.

 Please 不e there is no action required if you do 不 wish to make any changes. 当前的 coverage will automatically renew for the following year.

NEW MEXICO TECH ID 108-Open Enrollment allows regular and temporary full-time employees the opportunity to add medical, dental and vision and/or add eligible dependents to these benefits.  这是 不 the time for adding LTD or Additional Life (allowed only via Evidence of Insurability at any time during the year).

 

医疗:  员工s who are currently enrolled in NMPSIA medical coverage can switch medical plan options (high option/low option, EPO Option) or carriers (Blue Cross Blue 盾 of NM and Presbyterian Health Plan).

处方计划: Prescriptions will be offered through CVS Caremark.  You are NOT limited to CVS pharmacies.

牙齿:  员工s who are currently enrolled in NMPSIA dental coverage can switch dental plan options (high option/low option).

Blue Cross Blue 盾 (BCBS) Dental is a new carrier option along with 三角洲牙科 and United Concordia.

远景计划:  愿景 will be offered through 戴维斯的愿景.  Benefits now include Frames every 12 months instead of every 24 months.  帧津贴 is now $150 and $200 and 愿景works.

Please remember that there is a two-year minimum enrollment requirement for Davis 愿景.  Cancellation of vision coverage is allowed only when all family members have been enrolled for 2 or more years.
